May 16th 1 Hour Shutdown moved to 23rd

Nah... never happen! You'd need an extra trailer just to haul the #### thing around, a flatbed with a power plant, n' besides... the first good bump them spring suspensions will bust all the vaccuum tubes!

 

New ones might have resistors.

 

i dont believe 1 hour is going to do much of anything except piss off alot of shippers and recievers when the drivers are late for their loads.Im thinking it needs to be longer than that.

 

RIGHT.

 

This was a couple of years ago... a handful of PO'd drivers sat on the side of the road for awhile.

BTW... the "strike" in the 70's really PO'd the public - and probably is one of the things that has soured the image of the truck driver in American's eyes.

Well... that and that Weener trainer that crapped himself! LOL!!

 

And here I was thinking it was all the truck bombs in parking lots, as well as the rude inconsiderate "drivers" who need to be thrown in a shower and given a sock bath. Or a "blanket party" and not the good kind.

 

So is everyone ready/ going to shut down tomorrow, May 16TH?
