Anyways per the question, most fleets will run your ### off the first year. Home time will be several weeks in between. But once you get your year in you can look for smaller fleets with better home time.

My company gets up home weekly on the average, this last run I was out for 10 days, was home today, heading for a roundtrip to Houston and back then home for my reset.

I have two daughters, 17 and 4 and while I do miss a few things, I have been home for important events with my kids.

Being away is just past of this job.
