May Trucking where you want to be

Are there any drivers from the Payette treminal looking at this thread? I would like to hear your impression of May from you.

 

1. Payette Terminal 2. Phoenix Terminal 3. Salem (Jerk's). also corp headquarters.

 

It was'nt that long ago that one of the sons tried to shut down the Payette Terminal and papa said no way. At lest that was the story around here.

 

Wellgolf, that happened back in 93, Marvin tried to move everything to Salem Oregon, while his dad and mom were in arizona. Marvin didnt want his dad to know till it was already done. Well someone who worked for may had a mother inlaw that knew Marvins mom and had her phone number. So the workers mother inlaw called Marvins mom and told her what Marvin was up to. So Marvins dad and mom came home and put a stop to Marvins dirty little plot.. That was one funny deal that Marvin got ratted out.

 

I've talked to a May driver, He had alot of nice thangs to say about may. But there was some thangs he didn't like. He even tried to get me hire on (pensacola) But hiring freeze. He made a coment about It seems there getting rid of the old drivers (been there for a while) And hiring newbies. Sounds like alot of other companies out there. He runs east to west only comes home once a month. I guess thats why he still there. He use to train for them. But now soles. Just a tib bit on may. A real great guy.

 

Get rid of the Big Payroll dollars. Another fine company standing behind drivers that busted there ### for the company. May yea, Great Company to work for.

 

But well short of the WORST... IMHO.

My brother lives in Mesa. Would you recomend that school to others? He worked in the Concrete world for years and is now laid off.
