I haven't been on the road for 18 months and looking to go to Prime I only have 11 months of driving over the road but left another company on good terms and my wife and I are looking to drive as a team. What should I expect from Prime as a company driver/team?

A lot of California... All my tnt trainer and I did was run from one coast to the other, then back again. Does your wife have her CDL?

If you and your wife team, you should be able to get good miles if yall are willing to run.

My trainer and I could make 1300 miles a day between the 2 of us. We ran hard and got the miles done.

Prime is a great starter company. If you are expecting to train your wife you better start before her as you will need at least 3 months in your own truck berfore they will let you train. Check with a recruiter first and ask this before the two of you sign on and make sure you get anything they promise in writing before you venture out to Springfield. They change there requirements daily depending on the weather, so it seems.
Don't be talked into a lease. Go company at first and see if you like it there. There is plenty of time for you and your wife to become one of Primes next millionaires. LOL.... You will here all about them in orientation. Funny thing was I unable to find one of them while I was there.
    Good luck and God speed!!!!

Still working on the millions, but you can do very well if you run a lease truck like a business.

The millionaires refer to milage not money. What kind of a dunce thinks we have millionaires ($$$) driving trucks?
