My MBE 4000 started to leak coolant today, it looks like it’s running down from behind the water pump along the block, it’s not coming out of the shaft of the pump, it’s leaking a lot, so much that I can’t even move it, does anyone one know if there is pipes in there that could leak or would it be the water pump leaking between it and the block, started dripping first and moved it off the road and now it’s running out of it, thanks J

Doesn't sound good. Hope you get an upper hand on it.

One I had leaked bad when cold on startup, head gaskets. Wound up doing an inframe.

I think it’s the water pump, took it off today, thought it might be a frost plug or a pipe cracked but no such luck, a lot of movement up and down and in and out on the shaft
