I have learned you have to set yourself apart from the rest by calling every day after you apply online. That way they know you are serious, and they will most likey schedule an interview with you before people who just apply anr wait for them to call you. Leave them a voicemail and keep calling!

Hey truckerocrazy. How much they make an hour at rancho??? I talked to guy yesterday but only had a few minutes with him. I forgot to ask. He did say I would make over $70k a year easily. He said they treat you good at rancho. I wonder what top pay is there and what starting pay is

Lol. Really??? That personality test is lame. That doesn't show how good I can drive or unload a truck. I think that test is a waste. It didn't post my score. Idk what my score was

Lol. 1 accident fired??? Unless all that is in policy and cheating log books I would get hired and instantly sue then company with the biggest lawsuit ever if they fired me wrongfully. I have never heard of major companies cheating the books. Only stories and mainly its idiots doing it. The company is liable for the employee cheating the books if he crashes or gets caught. I don't think the company wants to lose a ####load of money to that

I have been with MBM since September 2010. I started out driving and have since moved into management with them...I miss the driving! You will work and work hard with this company. Every center runs their operations a little different. In my center, our extra board guys are up against their 70 by Saturday every week. Typically you will depart from 00:00-6:00. You will have anywhere from 30,000 to 41,000 pounds on your trailer. Most routes are 2 and 3 day routes in which you will unload all 1,000+ pieces by yourself. Some concepts that we deliver to will assist in the delivery and others you are on your own. The long and short of it...it is physically demanding and is not for everyone. If you have a problem being on call, working in all conditions, moving around 40,000# of freight with a 2 wheel cart, coming off of a route taking your 10 and departing on another then this is not the job for you. If not, then apply. They have been great to me and I am happy that I am with them. I really have no complaints about my driving experience with them. I delivered beer for 5 years prior, so the physical aspect with nothing new to me. The money can be great if you hustle! Average drivers will make 55-65. But we have guys at our center that will do 80+. It all depends on how much you are willing to do.
