    Hello fellow drivers.

I have been an owner operator on a step deck since 2007 and got my own mc and started my company in 2009. My MC is in perfect standing, no issues with insurance etc.

I have gotten older, and the step deck business is too difficult on my body(61 Tarps suck). Moving into Landstar with dry box shipments. Can anyone help me understand how I can potentially sell my MC and what are the going rates?

If this is not allowed here for discussion, please excuse as I just found this page using google and thought it would be helpful.

Also, my step deck is well taken care of, has normal wear and tear, but no issues. I maintained it as this was my business. Any thoughts on how to sell and best way?

    Thanks

    Lonesome Thanks this.

Is it in your name or a company name?

So that makes it more valuable, I would sell both the trailer and the authority as a package business.

    price?

I can not put a price on the value of the business, but others may be able to give you an idea, I would have to look at everything personally. Others can give you an idea what they would pay.
