The only thing we did physically was the agility test, basically all that is you do a series of tests that will monitor your heart rate such as, there is a table about 3 ft tall with a number underneath each corner, you simply walk to the first corner look under stand up and say the number and go to the next until you have walked around two times then they check your heart rate

Another test would be you walk up the ladder and on the 3rd step you count to 30 every time you get to the 3rd step then check your heart rate
