Hi. My husband is in the recruiting process with McElroy (hopefully starting orientation in the beginning of June '12) and was wondering if anyone had any insight or advice for new employees with this company?

We're particularly wondering what the average miles he can expect and if they have a tuition reimbursement policy.

I saw some posts on this site where people were complaining about low weekly mileage, but it was about 3 years ago, so I'm hoping that was because of the economy....

Any insight would be great! thanks!
