I didn’t even get to “something went wrong” when I was registering for the drug clearinghouse. It just sat there in process/think mode for a year and I just hired my consortium to take care of it……after I already purchased queries! (Of course it allowed me to give it money before it froze)Siinman, D.Tibbitt, nikmirbre and 1 other person Thank this.

Checked and it’s updated already. Got lucky I guess.
Siinman, D.Tibbitt, dirthaller and 2 others Thank this. -
I knew when I clicked the button to print it, that it was probably updated instantly.

Was your authority “Inactive” when you submitted this? If so did it get reactivated right away. I just forgot about this and I was “inactive” as of today but I need to run tomorrow…. I actually did send my update via email in January and they never updated so it’s technically on FMCSA. Do you think I can get this resolved? Also will this restart my authority so it looks like when I reactivate that’s when I started?
-
Were you ever charged any fines? I see online if you forget to update MCS 150 biennial update you can be fined $1,000 per day. Seems excessive for a simple mistake. Also did they reactivate you right away? I have to run the truck literally tomorrow and they just set my authority as “inactive”Siinman Thanks this.

My update has been submitted and accepted but NOT approved for almost 3 months. Every time I contact The FMCSA they say they have received my update and everything on it is correct but it has not been approved by an account manager yet. They have no projection as to when my update will be approved and my DOT # reactivated. Fortunately neither me or my driver has been stopped out of state yet. I've had to switch all 3 of my trucks to intrastate tags, not a huge deal as we stay in state a good bit and when we do leave there's only 1 scale we deal with regularly that's very easy to go around. But for you guys that run interstate I can't imagine the headache this situation would cause
Siinman Thanks this. -
No fines on my end. I would not run until resolved. This can cause you way more harm that that 1K if you get in an accident.

I would complete the paperwork again. Most likely it is lost in the system and no one will ever do it. Takes a couple minutes to just redo it and use the same case number as before. It will cause them to flag it and look at it instead of doing nothing.

Mine was inactive and it took a few weeks to get it all updated. His was still active.
