If it makes you feel any better I ended up in something similar trying to setup the new stuff with the consortium worst part is they had everything laid out so close to the way the govt sight is I ended up figuring out it was a scam after I paid and it directed me to put xxxx in for the ctpa. I almost feel sorry for whoever answered their phone….

I have news from the government!

the trouble ticket worked like a charm and in just over 24 hours my update was processed and upload in the system. I have returned to the sunny side of the street- turning my back on life as a scoff law…..

Did you end up getting put out of service or was you just updating your numbers on time?

    Oxbow Thanks this.

I received a ticket number when I submitted. Then first thing yesterday morning I received a response asking for a photo ID to be attached to the ticket and replied. Then about an hour later- I received an email stating they had made the requested update and I would see it within 24 hours. I checked this morning and sure enough they made the changes.

I was active but past my filing date by a while.

One time a drove for almost a whole year without an updated MCS-150. I didn’t realize I missed it until I went to renew IRP and they told me I had to get it updated before they could issue tags.
Went to the website, updated it, and sent the IRP office a copy, and they issued my tags. Nothing else ever came of it.

    Siinman and Oxbow Thank this.

Just got a reply back. Some how my paperwork shows on there end a signed date of 2022. I use a MacBook and sure it is causing some kind of issues while filling out paperwork. Seen the other day when I opened up the PDF it showed somethings not right. So I just printed it out this time and made a new PDF on its own that way it cannot change. Guessing with the Mac it doesn't work perfect with the document they provide without causing something wrong. I noticed it changed some check marks and also made my DOT number disappear once I completed it. Always something stupid it seems.

    D.Tibbitt and Oxbow Thank this.

If the second to last number is 0 then I don't need to file until 2026 right?
