    Norway, Scandinavia, in most of europe the single screw tractors have the ability to lift up the tag or pusher axle doubling the weight on the drive axle.

    In europe you can legally go 30% overweight on any axle as long as you stay below 20mph.
    Even single screw tractors that don't have a tag or pusher can add weight by partially lifting the first traileraxle.

    A friend of mine that retired three years ago said he had traction control on his car and wanted to rock his car to get unstuck. Said he had to turn traction control off to get it done.
