and I agree from what I read stay away from England

Samck Pack look through the forum on here and in the newbie section there is a thread about government financing for truck school. It is called truck driving school paid by WIA (workforce investment act). This is not a loan, it is government $s paying for your schooling, there is about 5 or 6 pages on it!!

If you can get those $s then you are beholding to no-one!!
