Meadow Lark Agency - Slow pay or NO pay

Looks pretty standard. Never done business with them personally but I've seen their stuff posted on the boards for a few years now probably.

 

I did for them several loads , last load never paid ... Over 100days already

 

I have them blocked on mine...

 

And you didn't file on their bond?

 

I done one load for them beginning of March, and it just paid like 2 weeks ago. I actually had forgotten about it. I called on day 31 and they said they had a new system and it wasnt sent to Triumphpay.... so about day 40...I look at Triumphpay and its on there.... but every other day, the day to pay would change for some reason..... I emailed and I told them on a Friday, they had until Monday to figure it out or I would file on Bond.....I had the money Monday sometime....

 

Yeah, I'm also a bit like that. On day 30 truckingoffice let's me know and I'm calling the broker to find out what's going on. 99/100 times the check is on the way bur twice now I've been hit with nonsense that needed sorting.

 

do u use that triumph pay platform? I could never figure out how to use that thing.. Ive worked a couple brokers that paid with triumph but luckily it was just a ach transfer and didnt have to get it from the portal

 

I didn't because it happened just last week and my factoring co notified me about it and did charge back of the last invoice . We emailed them several times and got same generated email . I will be working on it next week

 

Yes. I had to sign up for it because there was a few brokers, thats how they paid. I didnt understand it until recently, I thought the money would go to my triumph pay account and then I had to forward it to my account lol...... Triumphpay is kinda like a notification system and it at least gives me a date money will be released to my account.
