Unfortunately I am learning the hard way because as a result of me signing a full service lease contract with meadowlark trucking company out of Billings Montana I am at the mercy of that company. Once you sign the full service lease contract they are absolved of almost any legal responsibility except for the administrative and punitive monetary penalties which they will impose on your settlement which they are very good at.
Meadowlark rip off. Meadowlark trucking out of Billings Montana. Stay away from this company.

So what you are saying. Is that you signed a contract. That you didn't fully understand. But they're to blame. Gotcha.
RiyekoLTrucker, Boondock, Opus and 10 others Thank this. -
Take your copy of the contract to an attorney. You have a copy, right?
He may be able to spot some loop holes for you.
From now on, read the contract or have an attorney read it for you.Boondock, Long FLD, Western flyer and 9 others Thank this. -
^^YEAH!! What he said^^
Boondock, TB John and Wasted Thyme Thank this. -
Yeah whenever you a "full service" contract, it basically means the truck co. owns your soul. You are paying extra for them to repair the truck if necessary. They are doing dispatching/bookeeping, everything. You will get a weekly statement with all deductions. You cannot do any alterations to "your" truck. Was it a brand new truck ? With a juicy weekly payment of a $1000 ? luck to ya'

But your right, and your also an instigator. But be that as it may....Meadowlark...STAY AWAY. -

NO....WHY ? BECAUSE OOIDA, does not offer any advise...@ all, and atty's charge outrageous fees just to look, and if your stupid enough, you can hire him or her for only $ 10,000.00 to retain him or her in your civil matter, then cough up another $10,000.00 for the trial. -

Im sure a lawyer could have advised you for less than a weeks lease expense.
