when you get your new card make sure your new employer sends it to the dot, so you will have a fresh 2 year card with the dot. also dont tell them anything is wrong with you. you are paying them to find out whats wrong with you,no since in causing yourself any problems. lots of luck

Failure to disclose medical conditions can make the medical card invalid.
-
failure to disclose is a kind of gray area. just because one doctor tells you that you have some type of a problem does not mean he or she is 100% correct. these clinics that do dots will always error on the side of caution and that is not fair to the driver or his future employer. roadmedic am not trying to sharp shoot you on this i know you do good work for the drivers

You might think it is no big deal.
The illinois trooper struck and killed by a truck, the driver was found with medication for a condition not disclosed on the physical. It will most likely lead to increased jail time.
Plain bad advice to not be truthful. -
I always ask for a copy of long form from clinic or wherever the company sends me so I have both long form and card in my possession. That way there are no issues later on if I decide to part ways with them. I have had only one occasion where clinic refused and I just told orientation people I needed copy before I left to get into truck. You should always have both to cover yourself.
Also, NEVER lie or omit conditions on Physical it WILL come back and bite you hard!
