You may be correct, I cannot say with 100% certainty as to who called. I do know that the employer did not

 

Don’t look at weight as your gauge. Knew a 300 pound guy that could do a century on a bicycle twice a month and stay with the main pack.
Another big guy on a football team that could out sprint the entire team.
Plenty of large flatbedders that toss tarps like it’s an Olympic sport

 

No, the employer would not know. The MRO either immediately gives the results back as clean, or contacts the driver for more information. Based on that information the MRO will then give the employer a clean or dirty result. At no time is the employer involved in any of this other than getting the results. Well, they may be doing the collection if someone in the company has been specifically trained to do collections. I've only ever seen that at the megas though.

 

Antidepressants and muscle relaxers are NOT prohibited substances under Part 40.85 and Part 40.87.

You don't have to worry about the testing in regard to them. As to the physicals refer back to my comments earlier!

 

This is all covered by Subpart G of part 40.
