My sister and brother in law use this. He is a pastor and with the rising cost of healthcare our church was hit with a huge healthcare cost a couple years ago. They went with the medical sharing plan and love it. They pay the fixed rate to whomever needs it, and it keeps the government off their back as it 100 percent abides by the ACA without causing them to cover things they don't want due to religious concerns. I myself looked into it when I was thinking of getting my own truck. Still a company driver so sticking with this insurance for now. If rates continue too much higher I will be jumping ship.
farmboy73 and blacklabel Thank this. -
My wife and I are on Medishare, you deposit your monthly share through ACCU and they send it for you. It's fairly low cost and if you need help you can get in on the shares. They send you an email each month telling you who your share went to help. It's pretty cool and meets the ACA requirements.

I almost like the Samaritan more BC you actually send the check to person who needs the help. Idk something I like about that

The only thing I know about it is what I've read online from searches. It's an option to opt out of forced obamacare without any tax penalties.
blacklabel Thanks this.
