I would keep the medicine in the original bottle rather then an organizer.True, you may have precriptions but how does the dot really know if those are perscribed pills if they are'nt in the original bottle.

Unless you're dealing with border guards, I doubt anyone would ever be searching your truck. But better safe than sorry I suppose..

My husband keeps all his meds in a tote box, the tote has a divider. AM on one side PM on the other.we just use two sets of bottles. If you get worried over dates wally world is happy to give you an empty set if you ask and regular tops instead of child proof ones.
Less hassle if you ever do get searched, for whatever reason, to have your pills in proper script bottles. -
I've got the prescriptions and organizer in a clear plastic box, that will be the most I'm going to worry about it. I also have the scripts pictured in my smart phone for verification. Thanks peeps.

IMHO if you have prescription meds in a truck, they better be in the bottles and they better be prescribed to you and be in date.. and even the over the counter herbals.. better be in the bottles and they better have clear labels on them.. Unless you love going through the process of having to explain / prove / get out of explaining things to people who get paid by the hour and have nothing better to do than hold you up until they or the next shift is happy with the explanation... If you slip seat day cabs.. and someone leaves their meds in the truck.. GET THEM OUT OF THE TRUCK!!

Sometimes Washington State gets carried away with meds. A few of those guys think they're head of the CIA and DEA. Sometimes they read all the ingredients listed in over the counter meds, trying to find a reason to feel like they saved the planet from space aliens.

I was at a truck stop ,I believe in Texas, when two guys came up to me outa nowhere and flashed badges and wanted to search my truck. Turnes out they were DEA . I was a bit shocked and confused but let them none the less. They broke my seal searched the trailer while a third fella searched my cab. I had my meds in there in plain site and in my tooth brush bag. Since i was out there one theroad I had a three month supply. He never even mumbled a peep about all my pills. They said it was a random search due to heavy theft from a pharmycutical plant near by. Theft from there and trucks as well. They turned out to be real nice, but I had nothing they were looking for. Im sure they arent as pleasant to everyone....lol
