Depends on what you want out of it, and who offers you the most incentive. I mean, I keep seeing these questions as if they're black and white, and they're not.

My hubby say's Melton, IF we were to go OTR, flatbed.

Good truck's, good maintenance, great training, you get 99% of what you need to secure loads already on the truck anything else they will reimburse you for. Good yards. We very rarely sat still for long. They got us home to FL and back out any time we asked to go home ( and that isn't always easy). The deadline's aren't stupid short. They don't harass you to death on the qual-com, we were never ever asked to run illegal. Only once did they ask if we would put off home time for a couple days to make a critical load.( first load was in an accident, ruined)

95% of the guy's will help you out. Their are bad apples in every barrel. When I say we, I mean him, I don't drive,... just a passenger....wink..wink.

Melton trucks have APU's plus the annual pay runs over $50K from what drivers have posted on here.

I would say Melton for OTR flatbed. SNI for OTR van. Cypress for regional flatbed out of FL. Cypress is good at getting you home in FL.

I like it here at Melton this far. I'm by no means a cheerleader for them because I don't have a problem telling the bad as it happens, but I haven't had much bad to say.

Pays good, miles good and home time isn't terrible.

Apu's and inverters. I think the one in the truck we had was a 1500 watt. He doesn't work for Melton anymore and trust me would tell it like it is. He won't go back right now as his take home pay at the moment is way to good.

Schneider bulk would be a great option.
