melton good or bad

i'm from Ca. working for Melton , and i never get a load to Ca. I Have run NE, SE, NW SW as far as Arizona and every where in between , also Canada. Best miles i had in a week was 3500 worst was 1800 due to having equipment repaired. The Average weekly miles for me are around 2700. Pay is good and Equipment well maintained. If something needs to be fixed they always get you to a shop to get it fixed.
So if you like to work hard and safe this is the company to work for.

 

Most of their freight is NE and south east. I had a sweet freight lane for awhile was rolling 2600 miles a week and running in and out of Nebraska. Been doing a lot of south east lately. The miles are there to be had. Some days are slow like any industry. I don't have any complaints here. Great insurance 401k etc.
