Some of the older factories don't even have a ladies room near the docks. I worked at a plant in Jersey that had only one ladies room and that was in the main office, which was locked after hours. There were two women that worked in the cold end, and they were the only techs that had a key to the main office. The other women worked in the office except one who worked in the parts room and she was strictly days. If a female driver came in after hours, had to use the men's room by the dock. I used to tell people the place was so old when they built it women weren't even invented yet!

Now I understand if they walk in deliberately, but what iof the guy walked in by accident? Some Pilots they have them opposite than the other Pilots and walk in with a pain, not thinking and walk in the wrong one?

I remember one time i used a multiple occupancy bathroom that was unisex. That was very weird.

I accidently used a womens bathroom once. Was tired. Sorry. it was empty though. I didn't even realize it until i went in a second time, and ..hey wait, this isnt the same bathroom as last time!!

You know what bugs me though? I think all bathrooms should be unisex. There is no reason for multiple occupancy bathrooms at all. There should just be a line of single occupancy unisex bathrooms. It would cost about the same.

You know what REALLY bugs me? Single occupancy gender specific bathrooms. WTF?

Not everyone is able-bodied, and some of those that aren't require assistance.

Thats why most places have handicap and/or family restrooms. My idea does not change this.
