Mentor Pay?

Yes, they get an ADP.

 

They don't get paid for mentoring; they do get paid for doing the job they signed up to do. Mentor pay isn't extra, though.

ADP is Average Daily Pay. Whatever their average is from running when they're not training is the amount they get paid while training. Since the trainers are usually hard runners who get in and do their jobs efficiently, they've got a real nice ADP in the $450-550 range. Whatever that average pay is, they'll get that for each day they train you.

But there is no pay for trainers based on number of miles or activities, nor a specific daily or weekly amount for the training itself.

Mentors do get a $100 bonus after successful training -- however long that takes -- at the trainee's... I think 6 month?... mark on their own without an accident or incident; and then the mentor gets a $500 bonus after the trainee goes ... I think it's 12 months... accident-free and incident-free after training is over.
