Ya that's not cool. That would be the last loaf i pulled for them. Tho corporate is right about one thing. Good agents are very hard to find. And all ya gotta do is look in the 'ask an owner operator' section and see the literally hundreds of "i just bought a truck now what" threads to see just how true that owner operators are a dime a dozen statement is. You and i might not like it, but its the truth.

im curious how much deadhead you are getting at Mercer. I looked at the Mercer loadboard on their website and Texas freight seemed scattered. AZ was nill.

Seriously tho, most of the time it works fine. Just seems when i really need it, it's down for some reason or another.
Also it requires a fairly solid data signal. IT nitwits must think drivers have a cable modem attached to their truck.
Waiting to get unloaded out in the sticks with poor reception? Good luck using that idle time looking for your next load. -
