Educate me what is TQL?

 

They are a brokerage outfit, with a not so good reputation.

 

TQL is quite known for posting a load say for Louisville, then when you get the confirmation pages, it's actually going to Indianapolis. You call them, to question and they will say, it's only little further.
Actually used to happen quite abit around here but was only 5-10 miles off and if you said, something, they give it to you.
And with the agent in Buffalo, I got the miles difference,(which was 200 miles) but he lowered the rate per mile by 7 cents. Said that was the best he could do because he had already quoted the customer the price before the mile difference. I still lost 7 cents per mile on 500 miles.
Yes it was just $35 but not right. And what do you do after deadheading 160 to get it.

I think they all post over at the Mercer thread in the motor carrier question section. They seem to be very active over there.
