I end up swapping the ones from original engine into this one. They are held in just by the o-ring, using side cutters or noodle nose pliers you can pry it out of o-ring upwards. At the second picture you can see that leaf spring(20728004) that holds ball socket in place

This is not good news if they look like the engine did not have proper oil psi to the rockers how do the rest of them look.

I believe I found what this object is.
That is the pin used on the bottom of the main bearing cap for the camshaft, there’s 2 pins per cap. Volvo’s part number 950562 and a size is 8mm diameter and 16mm length. The piece I found is 8mm diameter and 19.5 mm length and I believe is defective and somehow it passed thru Volvo string quality control. And who knows how the engine building process goes in a factory but I assume engine builder didn’t caught in time that one of the pins was sticking out longer on the main bearing cap, attempted to install it on to the engine block and it won’t sit flush and then he had a fun time trying to get it out of little hole on the engine block and during the process he dropped it inside the engine. The marks on the pin looks like from the pliers. Maybe someone can make up a better storyAttached Files:
