I don't work there myself, I ran with one of their drivers last year, and from what I heard they seem to be a good outfit. Great money and benefits and all the miles he wanted.
Hope you find out more specifics about them. -
Was wondering about them myself. My local job is going downhill fast. Called Metro's Bloomsburg term. yesterday and left a voicemall with recruiter but no reply so far ??????????

They stay pretty busy. They did the linehaul for a company I used to work for.

Just quit there after 3 months. The same story as another person on the blog. Not getting enough miles. 1500-2000 mi. a week. insurance for 2 is $80 a week. People sitting all throughout the east and they are still running ads for needing people, and hiring more people than there are trucks. It is a shame, really. They act like they care and got me home every week, but they do the same things that a PTL company does. Keep filling empty trucks when they are not able to give the drivers that are already there enough miles. I am about to believe that all these common carriers are the same. They don't really care if you have enough to live on or not. If they did, then they would not hire any more drivers as people quit just to fill empty seats, but would rather be able to give the current drivers more of the miles available. That would keep them happy and not have to lie to the new hires about what kind of money they could make.

1500 to 2000 miles a week would be a blessing right now. I've had work an average of 2 days a week for the last month. My share of insurance is $45.00 a week for myself. I work for a great guy with older but top notch equipment but our freight had just flat out dried up. Looking for about anything right now.

no its not good enoung when they told you something else. if that is all you are getting is 2 days a week , then i dont know what you are doing there.
-
Does anyone have any experience with this company? I am looking, specifically, for how often they get you home and approx. how much $$ you make/week...
-
run run run from them, i worked there for nearly a year and it was not that good at all. I was otr and made 38 cpm and was lucky to see 700 a week (low miles) just my exp.
