Mexican citizen charged with using fake TWIC card

Odd that this item should appear under the heading of "news." I've often wondered how many foreign nationals have fake CDL-As, TWIC cards, green cards, etc., right here in Southern CA... I remember that one article about fake CDL-As going for $500 apiece up in "The Windy City," and several "Mexican-American" Border Patrol and ICE officers have already been busted here for slingin' fake documents and/or clearing trucks to cross the border, all in exchange for money...

 

I bet if they did a check of that job site they'd find a few dozen more, and a manager or two dealing them.

 

Well when I did my little refresher school thing a while ago we had a "gentleman" in our class who was here on a green card (not a Latino BTW) who was flat out irate that he had to attend school to get his license.

It seems that he was under the assumption that there were people of his nationality working in DMV who would "take care" of his licensing needs for a fee.

He was unsuccessful in his search and had to go to "stupid school" for his license.
