BROWNSVILLE- An alleged felon wanted by ICE tried to avoid authorities by swimming across to Mexico. After yelling obscenities and cheering his apparent success, Alejandro Martinez Tenorio realized he was still in Brownsville. Customs and Border Patrol Agents swarmed the 37-year-old and arrested him. The incident started when a deputy constable first spotted the wanted man. The constable tried to get Tenorio to pull over. Instead, Tenorio led police on a chase that lasted eight miles. It was all caught on tape.
