Michigan is testing drivers for drugs.

It ain't perfect and I don't agree with it but what isn't in this thread, is the cops have to have probable cause.

 

Guess I should stop smoking crack or stay out of Michigan. Never wanted to go up there anyway.....

Isn't that the same state that got sued for driver harrassment. AND LOST?

When they were inspecting anyone and anybody and putting a lot out of service for 10 hours. For no good reasons.

Yeah, you’re not just gonna pull me over and harass me and have me make it easy.

Especially when you got a million cars you could harass instead. They need to fix their darn water instead of harassing drivers. Priorities all messed up.
