    That’s why the speed limit for trucks in Ca. is 55. They can’t pull all the drivers off the road.

    I've done a ton of research on the topic, and even industrial hemp (the male plant), has trace amounts of THC. As far as I can tell, it is impossible to get to 0.0% THC with a CBD extract. And the fact is that all cannabinoids are federally illegal.
