Mid America Truck Show, is it worth it to go?

There is lots of that also, I'm trying to get my truck just to look good from far away....lol. in all seriousness it is pretty hard to keep them looking good doing that work, it's a lot harder on a truck than people think, especially if you are not just plant hauling, the crap contractors think your truck can go through gets ridiculous, at one time my truck had a straight bumper and straight fenders, and actually sat and looked straight, about 2 months of end dumping took care of all that

 

Still is good food and we ate there last night. Free dessert on Mondays. One of the locations is a few blocks from the house.

 

Glad it’s still open, I enjoyed it the times I was there in years past….

 

That black 379 is a time capsule. The owner let me check it out after I purchased an old autocar from him. Amazing is an understatement. original miles.

 

If I won the lottery I would be knocking on his door

I was planning to go this year but there were extenuating circumstances that prevented it.
Next year I’ll plan on it.
I was already looking at hotels/motels across the river near Jeffersonville,Indiana,as I knew everything in Louisville would be booked solid.
