STAY AWAY FROM EUROPEAN TRUCKING COMPANIES IN AMERICA
They will use you like a tool, never pay you, and dump all costs on you
To all CDL drivers out there — avoid these so-called “lease” or “owner operator” opportunities, especially from companies run by people from Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Russia, or any other Eastern European countries. Their model is always the same:
You work. They get paid. You get nothing.
Here’s how the scam works:
They promise no escrow, but then sneak in independent contractor agreements insurance deposit” or “damage deposit and 50 different items”charges and fees that are non-refundable and way higher than normal. In $500 for late fees etc
They take out insurance, plates, permits, and even truck repairs from your pay.
* And now, they even charge drivers for future maintenance or “potential damages.”
* Imagine **Walmart charging cashiers** for a working register or **Best Buy charging employees** when a light bulb goes out. That's how insane this is.
* These companies are supposed to cover truck costs — but instead, **they dump 100% of it on you**, the driver.
There is **no real paycheck** coming.
They keep you running loads until you get mad and leave.
Then they move on to the **next driver**, and the scam repeats.
They get rich while drivers go broke, stranded, or worse.
Do not be naive. Do not work for these companies. Tell other drivers.
If you see a Craigslist ad saying:
* "No escrow"
* "Free plates"
* "80% of load"
* "Cash advance"
"We accept SAP drivers"
That’s a red flag. That’s how they pull you in.

If the company isn't putting up a dime and you're doing all the work — you're not a partner. You're the victim.
