Yep, Several threads with the fever. Yet, they will start another thread, when the same questions has been answered numerous times. :biggrin_25513:

My brother transitioned from dry van to hauling for ACME early this year, based out of OKC. He's hauling flatbed and making far more money as an O/O than ever in his career (which included bed bugging, dry van, tanker, and OD). Most of his runs are day trips and he sleeps in his own bed at night. Rare trips as far as PA, ND, WY, or ID.

I hear suncoast resources is hiring frac fuelers. They are paying up to $25 an hour from what I've been told. Not alot of driving but job seems easy. I work as an equipment operator for a frac company. I see the suncoast guys and doesn't seem too bad but they put in a lot of hours

Sun Coast is a pretty solid company now that they've sorted out a few major issues they were having that were suppressing business. They're gaining contracts, hiring aggressively, and are probably going to overtake Pilot's place in the frac fueling hierarchy out here. Definitely a company worth looking into, but you have to, have to, HAVE TO be good working a ton of hours as a new employee otherwise you'll get stuck with the crummier fracs they have.

Source: I frac fuel for a competitor and have 2 friends working for Sun Coast right now.

As a hotshot driver? Yes, they absolutely will.
