You were arrested for snowmobiling... mmm in the road or not, theres more to that story, no cop where ive lived would have done the paperwork on that, theyd have pointed at the snowmobile track and said "get lost"

Or apparently cops in your area are more aggressive than here in the usa...

I’m not judging ,
If I was a teenager today I’d have a record too most likely .
Plus I grew up in rural Appalachia, we lived 12 miles from the town of 900 that had a couple of cops on duty all the time , but the county of 9000 had the sheriff and one deputy . And there was one state trooper and one game warden and one forest ranger .



Nowdays it’s all about revenue collection and making the arrest numbers look good at the end of the month .

the company I was talking about , their main client (they do direct freight and refuse to use brokers ) their main client is the one that actually does the background checks and tells them if that driver will be allowed to haul their cargo .

Cops here are very very willing to bust people for anything.

Wife, daughter, and I all got arrested, and a court date, for riding down the road on our snowmobiles.
We all 3 now have a criminal record for doing so.
Although I already had a criminal record from decades before, for being drunk and disorderly in public.
So i have 2 guilties on my record.
Can't say I remember that arrest, but do remember waking up behind bars

 

Michigan arrests Bilers all the time for DUI , DNR has a big steel ring bolted thru the tunnel they cuff you to.
They have got so bad in the UP i won't go back.

 

I know several people who have been arrested for dirt bikes, snowmobiles, uninsured vehicles, on roads.

The daughter has another 1for quad riding on the road.
I told her next time pin it, at least make the fuzz earn the arrest.

 

If you run it makes the Snow Cops foam at the mouth , we ride Yamaha Apexs , no match for a Ski Don't.
