I hear you there, man. I've got retirement set up kinda individually; my boss STILL wants me to buy 1 or 2 of his trucks when "he" retires, and take over the Shelly account.. Jury is still out on that one. I'm so debt free, don't really wanna "reverse mortgage" a paid off house at this point, ya know? LoL.

Re: your stuff? sounds like it could be GREAT, overall. I looked into them YEARS ago, when I checked into Estes, as well. Estes is so "around the corner" from me, but had nothing to do with any of the likes of me all the times I applied. I totally agree, LTL is the way to go unless you get into a specialized gig with a lifetime guarantee.

ps: about the phone; I'm provided with an "indestructible" Verizon FlipFone.... the industrial one. It's all paid for by the boss, and NO Text capabilities. Have a really nice B/T headset paid for as well, but you are correct...who's there to talk to on the vampire shift? (when I wake up the wife just to bs about the FBI and Comey and the price of tea in China at 3 am... she's not real happy, LoL!)

 

Just seen Saia for the first time in the North East. Never seen them before until NOW. I guess they really are expanding to the NE.
