    For what's it's worth, I am trying to motivate you;

    In goes the tractor trailer, tanker and all to get sanitized and heat treated when empty at the dairy when empty. For the work, occasional teams of shire draft horses on chain to get unstuck etc nowa nd thin The payroll was at that time incredible. They actually beaten the competition by 300+ cash net eadh we

    Those darn Yankees put me out when they taught me a new route which featured a ,Turning that trailer tandem in place where there were a 400 fall on this side and 600 on and it's not for me.

    Still, there's other opportunities out there. I've been putting in apps for different positions with BNSF and such. I've already spoken to and looking at getting on with places like Old Dominion and First Fleet for some strict line runs.

    I just don't see the reason to have anxiety and anger at work each night. I'm happy shuttling, but if they can't keep me on that, there's really no need for me to be here. The dairymen couldn't care any less about the well-being of the people picking up their milk and treat anyone who "isn't them" like dirt.

    From posts and threads I've done here in the past, I've had some very dark and rough times. Hate and negativity running through my head that would've cost me greatly. One thing I've learned from the consequences of past, rage actions is that it's better to walk, or run away from a situation that's beginning to mentally strain you.

    There's plenty of posts on here that get into people posting about "NEEDING AN INCOME". The way I see it, income comes and goes. It could always be replaced and replenished through many different means as long as one keeps their head cool and their legal record clean. The money's also rather so-so with this milk loading/pumping scheme, so it really isn't worth the effort and stress anymore.

    I've got all my endorsements and more than enough, clean experience to check out of here. Apart from a couple of particular days off I cherish, there's really nothing or anyone holding me down to this area and the adjoining dairy business. Farm girls ain't my type anyway.

    I think that every day. The only reason I'm here is because I want experience hauling a supertanker, which we get next month, and then I go to working 4 days a week , but make more per day.

    The biggest thing I see driverwise here is there are alot of guys with felonies and less than perfect driving records, that get hired on because the companies that haul milk are so desperate for drivers. So they stay and sit 20+hours a week for free because they can't drive anywhere else.

    I agree, I don't either. This is going to be short term until have comfortable funds saved to move.

    The real kicker is that in the only break room the drivers can use is a poster for the local Teamsters union, complete with a card from the steward. I've tried to help 2 companies become organized and I got screwed both times. Someone else can grab the reigns here

    Remind me to never leave the state of PA or my current job of farms to dairy hauler. It sounds like hell compared to what i do daily. I actually enjoy my job, its nice to talk with all my farms. Some of them are whackos, but its still interesting to say the least.

    From what the milkhaulers out here around Clovis/Portales,NM tell me, the dairymen don't give a rip about the guys picking up milk...I haul feed in to them but I never deal with them..just unload and leave. Real peaceful.
