What are the fixed expenses miller takes out with the lease purchases other than the truck payment?

There is a 3k escrow Miller requires of all Owner/Operators in case you abandon a load, damage a trailer or just as an insurance policy. The 5k escrow is for lease purchase drivers. It's an emergency maintenance fund. They are clear that it isn't there for tires, oil changes, or regular maintenance. Only for emergencies. As for avg per mile revenue, it really depends on which terminal you run out of. Some have alot more dedicated runs than others and those will have lower per mile revenue. You can average anywhere from 1.50 to 2.00 or more. Drivers on the low end are the ones who want to be home alot
