Opus my last post was for you. Some reason my reply ended up along with your post that I quoted and was responding to.

 

Well, a couple of things.
The 'mechanics' weren't all that. The dude in charge just seemed to dick off all day.
But, they really shouldn't close the yard....I mean, it's across the street from miller. Closing it would be a mistake in my opinion.

Good news fellas!! There's a new Love's opening up just down the road on Clark Avenue, next to the bypass.
Also, there's a new truckstop directly across from the P&G truck entrance.
If you don't know where that is exactly, Google P&G, Moultrie Rd, hwy 133. Lots of parking but its dusty. But its a pretty nice place inside and they have a restaurant.

 

I'm talking about the Weedsport, NY terminal, not Albany, GA

Would love to know if the tree took out the entire trailer, landed on a house or other vehicles. Either way that was expensive.

 

I need to know the details of this too.

If anybody sees this trailer at a terminal please post pics.

 

Yeah, I had a detour today after a road closed that made me nervous. There were some warehouses so I figured I was ok as long as I could get into 1 and turn around, and I did.

 

I found 1 that had rows of nails left in it, took me a half hour to get them all out in the heat. And I didn't even use the trailer after I took it back to a terminal either.

 

I picked up one in Weedsport once a long time ago that had ALL the John Deere dunnage still nailed down inside.
