It is to small. It’s worse than a small pilot when it comes to parking. Between CFI, Millis, Heartland and all the broke down trailers there is nowhere to park. They bought 60 acres down the street by KW.

Sounds like they should've kept the one in Seagoville.

They still own it. But once the new terminal is built is going to be sold along with the millis terminal.

Got my first inspection in 5 years today leaving the house. DOT cop sitting on side of road pulled me into a rest area. Asked him how I was the lucky one said he takes the 8th truck to pass him.

Wow you've been lucky. Not counting the one I got as a part of getting pulled over for speeding, I've had 3 in 6 years.

    MIT and JOHNQPUBLIC Thank this.

It could have been worse, your trainee could have been driving.

The other day we had message over Qualcomm reminding us to look out for low Bridges. I guess 2 millis trucks in 24 hours fell victim to those pesky things.
Trainee was driving he has 7800 miles I was reading off that message. He chuckled a little when I explained what happened. A minute or so goes by and asked how he can avoid those low bridges.
Also as stupid as it sounds Bill in Trenton had the best safety meeting I have ever been too. Millis actually took the numbers from 2023 and broke down the CSA infractions. Speeding, lane infraction, traffic control devices, maintenance such as brakes and lights. Seat belt violations. Only 1 seat belt violation. 1 speeding ticket +15 miles over.
They also broke down the infractions by experience. 0-3 months, 3-6 months, 1-2 years, 5-10 years and 10+ years.

I think one guy got busted for controlled substance also. Or being under the influence of something.
