I've just finished CDL school and chose Roehl. I'm not in Millis hiring area but I did look at the company. Another good research source is the FMCSA web site on safety ratings. Roehl wins there:

Ajv1987 Like others have said, I don't think you will go wrong with either company, they both have separate pro's... One on Millis's HUGE pro's is the small class size. You will be hard pressed to find a post anywhere on here that says anything bad about the instructors. One of Roehl's Pro's is the run, Van, Flat, and refer, so if you don't like one or the other you can switch. Another one of Millis Pro's is they rotate their trucks every 3 years, so you know you will always be in a nice truck. Both companies run mostly east of the Mississippi. Millis runs mostly KW tractors and Roehl runs freightliners. Its all up to you man.

I've decided to go with Millis based on smaller classes and and smaller company overall. I will need the added attention in training. Yeah I do like the the Kenworth tractors.
