Go to the top of the page and click on settings/subscriptions. On the left column of that page, under "my settings", click on "edit profile" On that page will be a block asking how many years trucking.

One thing for sure. The solutions to our problems will be deeds done by actual human beings. These deeds will not be done on a tablet, they won't be done on social media, and they sure won't be done by complainers and whiners. I really hate people who point the finger at others but are afraid to look in the mirror and accept personal responsibility.

You should always take everything everyone says with a grain of salt.

When people respond to me, I can tell that some are only reading part of what I've written and they get it half right.

The thing about my posts though are easily verifiable.

Stories about the Mike Millis being a drunkard are on internet websites. Google Mike Millis arrest Black river falls. As far as the Millis wife or sister getting charged with shaken baby syndrome, just google that.

As far as all I've written about the cameras. Just look at a Millis truck when passing one. The cameras are now being mounted in the center of the windshield looking into the sleeper. That's not hard to verify.

I'm not offended that you or others may doubt me.

When I drove Greyhounds, We had a private forum that only drivers, managers, and share holders could view.

I had the same types of critics there as are here. There were 2 district managers who would always criticize me on the forum, saying that I complain too much. When I suggested that rather than complaining about me suggestions, they need to look at each of my suggestions on a case by case basis and evaluate each one individually, I was then contacted by the President and CEO. He gave me direct access to him and he started changing things that I suggested.

The first think he did is fire the 2 district managers and 3 station managers who were complaining about my recommendations.

I had also been by contacted by a share holder who had heard of me and started reading my posts, asking for a list of things that should be changed.

2 years after I left Greyhound, they replaced the President/CEO, put in a new President/CEO.

The new CEO/President went right down my list and made every change I recommended, including the uniforms, color of buses, reduction in certain types of supervisors, better phone/computer system, safety shields around the drivers, elimination of dozens of smaller agencies, more efficient use of spare buses, tv commercials were overhauled and my ideas were implemented.

So when people here on this forum attack me, I notice that they are misquoting me and many are simply being defensive.

Many people may agree with me, but they attack because they don't like my tone. Those types of "sheep" are inconsequential.

I think I reported your post by mistake. I was trying to give you a thumbs up but the thumbs up logo wasn't there. I clicked the triangular logo by mistake. It was the only one showing.

    Sorry:biggrin_25524: and embarrassed!

I think that you're being "attacked" because of the level of immaturity and constant posts about this. You're on a one man crusade against Millis, even bringing personal family drama as to show something, something that really has nothing to do with Millis Transfer themselves. Me personally, I don't think cameras are a good idea. I don't have one and I don't have to work at a place that has them. We get that you don't like them. But this getting super personal about the company, dude, for real, let it go. Unless the Millis family did something to you personally, which I doubt, you've gone above and beyond a normal complaint. You went personal by attacking the family. I honestly do not believe you have the experience you say you do, I think you still drive there OR have been fired for your conduct. With the amount of personal attacks against the family, I think if you haven't quit or gotten fired you really should think about leaving them. You seem like a dangerous person by digging up what you can and probably have been a pain in their ### with your conduct. Those are my two cents, you can take them or leave them.

He also shows a 2012 join date. The "experience" number doesn't update automatically...

Top right of the screen, click "my profile" then click the "about me" tab, then click the pencil icon next to "Trucker? how many years trucking?"
