MILS Hazmat Tankers - FL,TN,TX

Well my trip to Baton Rouge Peterbilt ran $1,725.00 for and ARD head. This part was under warranty and burns off fuel in the exhaust(i think), and was causing the regen sensor to come on twice in 2 hours. I continued to run with a regen warning, in about 30-40 miles after the warning comes on I lost power and dropped from 68 to 58 mph. Arrived at 10:30am thur,they finished up at 6:00 pm and I took my break in the drop lot.Left at 2 am Fri, got to my customer in Baytown TX on time , unloaded and went to the LaPorte tankwash to have my pump and hoses cleaned.Grabbed a clean trailer and headed to the yard.They asked me to help out in TX because we are short on help, so I was on call and got my load back to FL Monday.Delivered early Tues and dropped my trailer in lakeland last night, then bobtailed to the yard to head home. Deadheading back to TX in the AM, do a layover and got a load to Waco TX , and another to Idaho next week. Should be another good week

 

Runs this week:
6/11- Houston to Dallas.
6/12- Houston to Waco.
6/13- Houston to Pocatello, ID ( delivers on 6/18 with 34 hr paid layover)

Left Amarillo this am. 287 to 70,470,25 to 80w. Drove thru little America ts,lot was full so headed to Rawlings WY for the night. Customers taking me tomorrow instead of Monday :-$ B-)
Food and service here at the J (Dennys) was good.

 

Delivered on 6/15, got back to I80 (Little America WY) and did my reset fri night /sat. . Nice rooms, food. Had to get a jump start. Back in Houston today doing local work and getting new batteries. Loading for Ohio Friday. Then back to TX and home to FL. I asked to stay out because I like the pay checks. Be nice to get home and run the SE regional stuff for a few weeks, then come back out.

 

Hey Rob, I'm here until Friday am. Running a trailer to Brenner and that's about it because they want me to reset before leaving. Kimah is right down 146. The boardwalk is pretty nice from what I hear. Give me a call whenever you want. I know a few places to eat over there.

 

6/25 Painesville Oh, 0900, Headed back to Houston, reset and load on 6/29 for Jacksonville Fl.
