    Not necessarily in my experience. Not saying he doesn't have a mechanical issue. Looks like spring ride, and think he said single axle. I have just changed brands, tread design ,and adjusted psi for what i am hauling (weight wise) and problem solved. Hate to see someone throw a lot of money at a problem that doesn't exist. The shop will be happy though.
