Dude, that is pretty uncalled for. You've said your piece, let it be.

So you were there and seen him hit the guy? All we know is his co-driver said he screamed that he hit someone, which took him a month to come forward and say that. No one can say for sure that he's the one who actually hit him because none of us were there, he may not have even been in the area at all and his co-driver found this online and is laying the blame on him because they had a falling out. But then again he does have a CDL so that makes him guilty until proven innocent right. If he's found guilty then ill change my opinion.

When the Ohio State Police questioned Welk about the damage sustained to his truck on I-90 in Montana, Welk stated he hit a deer.
Therefore, he did not deny he was driving and he did not deny he was in that location, in order to hit the "deer" .
He also contradicted that statement by telling CRST's shop that he hit a "hawk". It's clear he has dug 2 graves, one for the 81 yr old victim and one for himself.
So I can think you can put to rest "he might not even been at that location or driving".

Is he 100% guilty at this point? No, not until after a trial. But by his own actions and words, he is on the solid path to convicting himself.

You're sure bending over backwards and jumping through hoops to exonerate this guy.

Right now we are dealing with the facts as we know them, and the facts as we know them put this guy as being there and having been the one to hit the man.

And I tell you what if he confesses which will probably happen in a plea deal for a more leinant sentence, I am going to rub your nose in it.

That's a nice rebuttal. I am not allowed even 2 pieces? What about one and half?
