Minor accident, will it go on my DAC?

The person saw the truck or obstruction and promptly ran into it... and to drivers not matter if it knocks the friggen wheels off the trailer.. its always a "scuff".. I have the feeling that if someone runs into your jalopy no matter where you park it.. and it gets a "scuff", you'd be screaming like a gut shot ape. This isn't a big deal.. but its never a big deal to people who run into things.. they are just minor problems that they never want to be held accountable for.

 

And the dock is 5 or even 6 FEET from the dock door.. this just proves that they driver is at fault..

 

A little sugar in the gas tank should cure him!

 

That is a very minor incident, yes you'd be at fault but it's not worth calling the cops on IMO. I've seen far worse damage between 4 wheelers in parking lots and had worse done to my vehicle and said don't worry about it. It's not a fancy vehicle and that is a scuff. The tires look a little bare on that pick up. Where's the concern with that?? Did you go in and let the guy know you had scuffed his bumper or did he see it?
