Section 393.80 of the FMCSRs requires every bus, truck, and truck tractor to be equipped with two rear-vision mirrors, one at each side, firmly attached to the outside of the motor vehicle, and so located as toreflect to the driver a view of the highway to the rearalong both sides of the vehicle.

If he felt unsafe driving the additional 100 miles, he should not have driven the first 200 in the first place
