Mississippi Height limit, are they strict?

No. LA will pop you for over height at times. I think it depends on their mood.

LA is 14' . Not worried about them

No Louisiana (LA) is 13'6"

sxdime, Mr&MrsPete are right LA is a 14' state as well as TX and MO. MS is 13'6 but they have the unwritten rule of 14' for car haulers. As long as you are under 14 you will be fine except Arkansas, sometimes they will mess with you and sometimes they won't.
