Mistreatment of their company drivers while out on the road and what to do about it?

    Under federal law EVERY trucking company has to post a list of employee rights and the contact numbers to your reps in that state. Never understood why drivers never write down this information and keep it with them. Want to get a trucking company in trouble then you make coplaints to the state labor board then its all on record. Its not he said she said. You have rights under the state, osha, and federal law as a employee. And his 1099 game can put him in hot water with the IRS.

    1099 is probably his biggest issue as an owner. The IRS is cracking down hard on that. if he has no say in where he takes that truck, he's a W-2 employee and nothing more.

    Why are you waiting to get on with a big company? The big companies are the starter companies. This guy is the true BFI.

    That no name company would be ATI in Hesperia. "Jay" runs the POS, and is a bottom feeder. There are tons of threads about him and ATI. (Sorry to necro)
