Mixing Recap and Virgin tires on drive axles

    this part made me laugh..cant believe people have actually tried that enough that they had to out it in there as part of the law and agree the law does state buses with retreads on steers and would not put rethreads/recaps there and morr2fab its ok you were told otherwise in school/training about the no recaps on steers i was told that as well when i originally started

    OP yea as others have already said on rear drive tires for the virgins

    Yes i'm hoping everyone knows that we shouldn't use recap ever on front axle (steer), i don't even know if any tire guy even would ever put that on , that's big NO NO and very dangerous as well if tire blows up there goes the truck to the side .


    I think i got the answer i'll put all new virgin on the rear axle and see how that goes..thanks guys :)

    Oh ya, I remembered front axle no reteads, forgot it's just busses. My mistake.
